Crossroads worked very closely with an Australian company, bRisk Australia, that specialises in Merchant Training and Fraud Prevention in the development and production of the CD-ROM.

The CD-ROM was developed in Director, and was produced for an International audience.

The content within the CD-ROM is provided in 7 languages, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Malay.

The content covers training on:

• the impact of fraud

• types of fraud

• how to identify a potentially fraudulent transaction

• what to do if you suspect fraud

• "best practices" business tips

• test your knowledge

• security features of MasterCard cards

• fraud behavioral indicators

Security features of the MasterCard card are demonstrated with graphical representations and rollover effects to highlight the particular features that should be checked in the course of a transaction.

At the conclusion of the content there is a 10 question quiz that tests the users knowledge base, gained from stepping through the content of the CD-ROM.
